Fitness is Not Health

Exercise is BAD for You

“Health and Fitness” is an Oxymoron

Fit people drop dead every day, don’t they, especially during or just after exercise?

Healthy people do not drop dead.

————————————————-

Fit people have muscle pain and joint problems, don’t they, especially during or just after exercise?

Healthy people do not have any pain nor joint problems.

————————————————-

Fit people have to exercise every few days just to feel normal, don’t they, or they stiffen up and ache with debilitating feelings of lethargy?

Healthy people feel good all day, every day without any effort.

————————————————-

Fit people have bulging muscles, don’t they, especially those who exercise a lot?

Healthy people do not have bulging muscles.

————————————————-

Fit people have protruding, varicose veins, don’t they, especially those who exercise a lot?

Healthy people do not have veins that protrude, healthy veins cannot be seen.

————————————————-

Therefore to be fit and to be healthy cannot possibly be the same thing, can they?  They are opposites.

“Health and Fitness” is an oxymoron.
