Fitness is Not Health

Exercise is BAD for You

Exercise Makes You Fat and the More You Exercise, the Fatter You will Become.

It’s the start of a new year and many of you are thinking of embarking upon an exercise regime to try and lose weight, well don’t, because exercise makes you fat and the more you exercise, the fatter you will become.  Not now but 2-5 years after you have stopped and you will stop because slogging away for hours every week, month on month, year on year is not sustainable and furthermore, it is not natural.  The more that you exercise, the more you will have to exercise just to stay at the same weight.  Most “keep-fit” people have to keep on keeping fit just to stay still and confusingly to them, there are always certain areas which do not improve plus they develop joint problems.  Problems which are actually caused by overworked, seized and contracting muscles pulling upon and misaligning the bones which meet at their joints.  This is why ultimately, you will stop and then all that damage which you have just created needs repair and our body protects our damaged muscles by draping them in a soft, protective, cushioning layer of “fat” or rather “body cell debris”.

So if you are overweight to begin with then your muscles are already damaged because the bulges are not fat but “body cell debris” that is accumulating, for your own protection, as a padding to cushion the sites of your damaged muscles.

Our Fat is Caused by Seized Muscles

Body Cell Debris Protects Our Seized Muscles

Exercise initially, appears to work.  The “enforced” pumping of the heart and artificial moving of the muscles increases the blood flow enough to push away some of the “body cell debris”.  But exercise, the pulling on already, seized and misaligned muscles only creates more internal damage.  Consequently, when the exercise regime ends, the bulges will re-grow and in the same places, only next time, they will be larger

Long after your gym instructor or keep-fit expert has declared victory, taken the glory and left your life then the damage will show.

Frequently, “ex-fit” people say, “I only have all this extra weight because I stopped exercising”.

But I say, “No, you have all this extra weight because you started exercising”.

“Muscle turns to fat” is claimed as an excuse by many of the once fit, muscle bound men who are now the fattest middle-aged ones.

No it doesn’t.  Muscle does not turn to fat, anymore than bone turns to liver or brain turns to kidney.

Seized muscles become “draped” with fat or rather, draped with “body cell debris”.  You are not fat, you are damaged and exercise only creates more damage which means more fat, more “body cell debris”.  You will become fatter.
